The Clerical (State) Training Wage Award has traditionally been the NSW Model Training Wage Award and has been used as the vehicle to bring changes to the National Training Wage Award into the NSW Jurisdiction. This process has been by consent, and the Labor has not sought to bind unions in accepting any of the provisions of this award. Nevertheless, the attached document has been agreed to by the employers and the Labor Council and therefore may be of assistance in discussions regarding other NSW Training Wage Awards.
